What is HOPE For The Girls?
HOPE FOR THE GIRLS is an Online Mentorship Program with the intention to Connect, Uplift, Support, and Empower Girls Worldwide, ages 14-24.
HOPE’s mission is to inspire and empower girls to step into sisterhood, leadership, and self love.
There are 4 core themes within the HOPE for the Girls Online Mentorship Program that Dr. Amy Moore will be touching on each month.
The Four Agreements is a cornerstone of the curriculum…
I see girls suffering needlessly every day. So much of their suffering happens because they are taking things personally and making assumptions. They then use their word again
st themselves, and each other, to perpetuate these wounds. Learning the concepts from this powerful guide book, can truly create so much emotional freedom in their lives, and save them years of needless suffering.
The 1st week of every month: Dr. Amy will provide an overview of The Four Agreements and discuss how to apply them; Each girl will need to buy the book.
Teaching girls self-love practices, and how to integrate them into rituals for self-care throughout their lifetime, is an integral part of this mentorship program...
Because so much of girls’ lives are spent self-deprecating, I want girls to learn how to put themselves first, move through fear, and end the trance of unworthiness.
The 2nd week of every month: Self-Love + Awareness will be the focus, and girls will learn tools and exercises to practice and implement regular self-care routines.

Learning how to live the Four Agreements, and learning to love themselves, ultimately translates into healthier relationships with self, with others, and with the world.
The 3rd week of every month: Relationships are the focus (ex: resolving conflicts, healthy communication, empathy, family members, friends)
Taking Responsibility...
When girls learn to look within themselves, instead of to their external environment, their inner light begins to shine bright, and their lives transform.
The 4th week of every month: Taking Responsibility is the focus of discussion. The girls will learn strategies and universal laws for harnessing their inner power. We will be addressing HOW to take responsibility in a way that is both empowering and filled with love. Moving them from blame towards ownership, which empowers them.
