The Leadership TrainingTrack
Within the HOPE for the Girls program, there is a unique opportunity for hand-selected young adult girls, ages 18-25, to step into leadership roles as Leaders
These girls will learn how to serve as mentors, in a “big sister” type role, to other girls in the program. HOPE Leaders will work closely with Dr. Amy to help provide mentorship and will receive one additional leadership training call per month.
What are the benefits of being a Leader?
The Leaders may be girls working toward careers in helping professions, and/or girls who generally want to uplift and inspire others, support other girls, and who feel called to take on leadership roles.
Those in the Leadership Track will be a part of the main program and receive an additional group training call with Amy each month. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to learn cutting edge skills from a seasoned expert in the field. (There is no additional cost for the Leadership track - you will pay the same dues as regular members and be given the bonus training calls with Amy)
