Although Amy Moore is a licensed Couple and Family Therapist in the State of New Jersey, her Mentorship Program and Coaching Sessions are not part of her therapy practice and as such, she will not be engaging in traditional psychotherapy, nor will she be making a clinical diagnosis.
Amy Moore is not a medical doctor and her sessions are in no way intended to treat, cure, or diagnose medical conditions, although healing may occur. There is no guarantee as to specific outcome or results. Participant accepts complete responsibility for her own emotional and physical well being.
If at any time throughout the course of the mentorship program you have any thoughts of suicide, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline immediately @ 1 (800) 273-TALK (8255) in order to receive the appropriate support and referrals.
All payments are final. There is no money back guarantee or refund based on a perceived lack of results. When you opt in for the monthly membership, you will be automatically billed each month. If you would like to cancel your membership for any reason or leave the program you are responsible for updating/canceling your recurring billing information via PayPal or Credit Card.
Membership is at the sole discretion of Dr. Amy Moore. Abuse will not be tolerated, and there is a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate conduct. If at any time there is inappropriate conduct such as: harassment, name calling, intimidation, bullying, or any overt or covert threats made to other members, this will lead to immediate dismissal from the program.

Any high risk behaviors such as drug or alcohol abuse, and/or self-harm behaviors, will lead to further evaluation and possible dismissal from the program. This may include a referral to the appropriate level of care and other providers.
